Mr. Christopher Wayne Kelly, 43, of Pine Swamp Road, Keyser, WV. died Thursday, December 20, 2018 at the Belmont Community Hospital in Saint Clairsville, Ohio.
Born in Cumberland, MD; was the son of Cathy S. Roderick Kelly of Keyser, WV. and the late Philip W. Kelly. He was also preceded in death by his grandparents, Harland K. and Elizabeth Jackson Kelly and Bennett Roderick.
He was a 1993 graduate of Keyser High School and was employed with the Clary Street Developmental Center. He was an avid Washington Redskins fan, but usually wound up rooting for whatever team was winning.
