Eleanor "Jean" Marr 1927-2006 RIVERSIDE-ALBERT, NB - Eleanor
"Jean" Marr, 79, of Forest Dale Home, Riverside-Albert, NB passed
away on Monday, May 22, 2006 at the nursing home. Jean was born
in Warren, Cumberland Co., NS on June 11, 1927; the daughter of
the late Russell Edgar and Alice Loyde (Baxter) Atkinson. She
moved to the Moncton area from Truro in 1960. She was a retired
hairdresser and former employee of Sears Canada. She will be
deeply missed by her daughter Carla Blanchard (Larry) of Grand
Barachois; three sons, Brian Marr (Hazel) of Moncton, John Lloyd
Marr of Halifax; Peter Jeff Lovelock (Nancy) of Moncton; sister
Ida Beryl Pearson of Bible Hill, NS and brother Wallace Edgar
Atkinson of Helendale, California. She will also be sadly missed
by her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Besides her parents
she was predeceased by her husband Trueman Foster Marr; her
special companion Peter H. Lovelock and by a brother Claude
Baxter Atkinson. In honoring Jean's own request there will be no
visitation or funeral service. Arrangements are in the care of
the Albert County Funeral home, Hopewell Cape, 734-2780
