Chuck was born on October 1, 1943 in Fayetteville to the late Estelle Pate and Charlie H. Palmer Sr.
Chuck was an Air Force veteran. He was a retired salesman from US Foods. Chuck was a die hard Tarheel fan. In retirement he drove transport vehicles for Lafayette Ford.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, December 31, 2018 at 12 noon at Jernigan-Warren Chapel with Rev. Floyd Benfield officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral on Monday from 11:00 a.m. until 12 noon. Burial will take place on Thursday, January 3, 2019 at 12 noon at Sandhills State Veterans Cemetery at Fort Bragg.
Chuck is survived by his wife, Jane Marshall Palmer; sons, Scott Landon Palmer and Bartley Marshall Palmer; grandchildren, Chance Landon Palmer and Chasity Leona Palmer; sister, JoAnne Mason; niece, Jamie Frederick; nephew, Brian Mason Jr.
