Following 30 years of service, Pudge retired from Verizon. Up until his health began to decline, fishing and hunting was a major part of his life. He was a member of Ridgeway Free Will Baptist Church in Marion.
Pudge is survived by his daughter, Amy Arrowood Ward (Michael); one brother, Norman Arrowood (Wanda); and two sisters, Shirley Hensley (John) and Pat Vaughn (Larry).
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 29, 2018 at 12:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Beam Funeral Service with Rev. John Crowder, Rev. Jimmy Upton and Pastor Tim Sigmon officiating. Interment will follow at Ridgeway Free Will Baptist Church Cemetery.
