Clifford Gerald “Peatom” Green 46 of Tampa, FL, passed away unexpectedly while visiting in Ocala on Saturday, December 15, 2018.

Cliff was born in Welch, WV to Henry and Alicia Green. He was a field manger for Prolitec, Inc. of Milwaukee Wi. He graduated from Forest High School in 1990 and earned his bachelor’s degree from ITT Tech in Tampa Fl. He was of the Baptist Faith. He enjoyed old cars , motorcycles, the Tampa Bay Ray’s baseball games, being a WVU football fan, and kayaking; mostly he enjoyed the time spent with his wife, Tara Brady; the love of his life.

Cliff was preceded in death by his grandparents Clifford “Tippy” and Pearl Lester and Bill and Ethel Hurst of Brenton, and one uncle Clifford “Tom” Lester.

Cliff is survived by his wife of 10 years, Tara Brady of Tampa, FL; his parents Henry and Alicia Green of Mooresville, NC; a brother, Jonathan “John” Green of Mooresville, NC; niece, Ashlen McClelland and nephew Kaelen Jaims; father and mother-in-law, Terry and Judi Brady of Ocala, FL; two sisters-in-law; Deirdre and Jessica Brady; two uncles, Larry Lester of Bluefield, WV and Donald Green of Ocala, FL; one special aunt, Donna Lester of Hanover, WV; very special close friends, Steven King, Paul Johnson, Chris McClelland, Jason Flynn, Matt Whittier and Jose Alonso; and a host of many very close friends and family.

Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, December 29, 2018 at 12 noon with Pastor Eddie Graham and Reverend Dennis Lester officiating at the Chapel of Fanning Funeral Home in Iaeger, WV. Burial will follow in the Lester Cemetery at Little Cub near North Spring, WV.
