Funeral services for Ms. Cheryl Evans will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 29, 2018 at Rush Funeral Home, Pineville with Reverend David Kimsey officiating.

Interment will follow in Duplissey Cemetery, Clearwater, under the direction of Rush Funeral Home, Pineville.

Ms. Evans, 63, of Lecompte, entered eternal rest on Wednesday, December 26, 2018 in Alexandria.

Cheryl attended The Pentecostals of Alexandria and loved her Lord. She was a country music entertainer her entire life. She was also a devoted mother, homemaker and friend to everyone. Cheryl was always the life of the party and will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Ms. Evans is preceded in death by her parents, Riley Williamson, Sr. and Elizabeth.

Those left to mourn her loss and cherish her memory include two sons, Jeremy Johnson of Hineston, Jason Johnson and his wife Kimberly of Alexandria; one brother, Riley Williamson, Jr. of Lecompte and one grandchild, Kyler Johnson of Alexandria.

Friends may call at Rush Funeral Home, Pineville, on Friday, December 28, 2018 from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m. Visitation will resume on Saturday, December 29, 2018 from 10:00 a.m. until time of service.
