Bobbie graduated from Pryor High School and has lived in Pryor most of her life. In 1964, she joined the United States Navy and served until 1967.
Survived by her husband; daughter and husband; two granddaughters; three great-grandchildren; mother; sone sister and her husband.
She is preceded in death by one grandson, James Bristol; her father, Robert Garland and one brother Mike Garland.
