Patterson, Katherine M. Ektermanis and husband Erik; dear sister of Michael Concannon and wife Susan; dear sister-in-law of Larry Pigg and his late wife Cathy; cherished aunt, cousin and friend to many. Julie dedicated her life to serve others as a Social Worker for the Division of Family Services and was a Chaplain for the St. Joseph Hospital in St. Charles. Services: A visitation will be held on Friday, December 28, 2018, from 4:00 pm - 8:00 p.m. at Hutchens-Stygar Funeral and Cremation Center, 5987 Mid Rivers Mall Drive, St. Charles. A Mass will be held on Saturday, December, 29, 2018, at 10:00 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 1355 Motherhead Road, Cottleville. Burial will follow at St. Philippine Catholic Cemetery.
