Born in Jackson County, Tenn., he was a son of Douglas Stafford, Whitleyville, Tenn., and Brenda (Vaughn) Stafford, Red Boiling Springs.
Other than his parents, survivors include two sisters, Turra Joyce Phillips and Lisa Fogle, both of Red Boiling Springs, and his grandfathers, Albert Vaughn and Fay Stafford, both of Whitleyville.
Graveside services were held at the Leonard Cemetery
