Obituary for Tracey West White
Tracey West White lived with grace, died with dignity and is now healed as she has joined her Savior on December 23, 2018. A loving daughter, sister, mother, and “Grammy” and a joyful friend to many. With a love of family, work and travel she will be remembered for all the wonderful, funny, crazy, exciting, sad, and happy everything that she brought to us.
Her love of work became an extended family. Her IGT and Boomtown families taught her to love and enjoy travel and friendships she cherished and shared with many.
She is preceded in death by her husband, James A. White II; father, Curtis West; and brother, Richard West.
Tracey is survived by her mother, Maxine Davis; brother, David West; daughters, Lacey (Larry) White, Jessica White, and Jamey White; grandchildren, Quentin, Shannon, DJ, Jacey, Trey, and Roman.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers donation be made to Hospice of West Alabama, 3851 Loop Road, Tuscaloosa, AL 35404 or a charity of your choice.
Visitation is scheduled for Friday December 28, 2018 at the Vancleave Chapel of Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be on Saturday, December 29, 2018 at 10:30 am at Holy Spirit Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Vancleave #1 Cemetery.
