Audrey Louise (Gunn) Colcord, 90, a long-time resident of Fuller Village in Milton, died Wednesday, December 26, 2018, at the John Scott House Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in Braintree. Born November 23, 1928 in Waltham, she was the only daughter of the late George Fenton and Beatrice Louise (Jordan) Gunn, both natives of Prince Edward Island, Canada. She was predeceased by her only brother, George, in 2007, and his wife, Pearl, in 2017. Audrey grew up in North Quincy and was a 1946 graduate of North Quincy High School. Colcord Jr., also of North Quincy, an Army veteran of World War II. They were married on April 20, 1950 at the First Baptist Church in Wollaston. In 1955, the young couple moved from North Quincy to Randolph and spent the next 50 years in the same house raising a family of three children. They were members of the First Baptist Church in Randolph where, for many years, Audrey helped manage the finances of the preschool. When she and Herb moved to Fuller Village, they joined the First Congregational Church in Milton. In addition to her husband of 68 years, Audrey is survived by three children, Herbert "Skip" Colcord III and wife Deborah of Taunton, Wayne Colcord and wife Diane of Wrentham, and Alane Cullinane and husband James of Franklin; eight grandchildren, Heather Crawford, Jared Colcord, Devon Colcord, Rebeccah Hadfield, Jessica Kilcommons, Melissa Colcord, Jason Cullinane, Danielle Brooks; and 10 great-grandchildren.
