ROBBINS, Jr., Harry F. 92, of St. Petersburg, passed away on Dec. 4, 2018, at Suncoast Hospice Care Center Mid-Pinellas.

Harry was born in St. Petersburg and was a lifelong resident. He was a graduate of St. Petersburg High School, class of 1944, and enlisted in the U.S. Army shortly after graduating. Harry spent two years in the European Theater during WWII as an infantryman. After the war he worked in the family business, St. Petersburg Map and Blue Print Co., until retiring in his seventies.

A lifetime member of First Baptist Church, Harry was an ordained deacon and worked for many years in the church library, heading up the audio-visual department.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Harry F., Sr. and Hazel B. Robbins; his wife of 63 years, Doris D. Robbins; daughter, Sharon R. Simmons; twin brother, Robert J. Robbins; sister, Jean Robbins; brother-in-law, David E. Perry; and niece, Lynn Perry.

He is survived by his son, Todd Robbins (Donna); son-in-law, Verlie Simmons; sister, Margaret R. Perry; sister-in-law, Betty Lou Robbins and several nieces and nephews.

Services will be on Sunday, December 16, 2018 at First Baptist Church of St. Petersburg, 1900 Gandy Boulevard, St. Petersburg, FL 33702.
