Mr. Anthony Stephen McDaniel, 56, husband of Mrs. Kelly Simmons McDaniel, of North Augusta, South Carolina, entered into rest at his home on Sunday, December 23, 2018.

Anthony was born in Aiken, South Carolina to Mrs. Carol Hall McDaniel and the late Mr. Stephen “Steve” McDaniel. He was a member of I.B.E.W. Local #1579 and worked for Alrich Electric for thirty plus years and most recently worked for Avara Pharmaceutical Services in Aiken, South Carolina. He was a dedicated member of Gloverville First Baptist Church where he served as a deacon. Anthony was an avid Clemson fan and loved his Tiger football but most of all he loved his family and spending time with them.

Surviving with Kelly, his wife of 34 years, is his mother, Carol Hall McDaniel, of Bath, SC; three children: Joshua Anthony McDaniel, North Augusta, SC, Katie McDaniel Coleman (Andrew), Graniteville, SC and Stephen Randall McDaniel, North Augusta, SC and his sister, Alesia McDaniel Durden (Dwayne), Gloverville, SC.

The family will receive friends on Thursday beginning at noon at Gloverville First Baptist Church, 2220 Augusta Road, Gloverville, SC 29828. A Celebration of Life service will be at 2 o’clock with Pastors Brad Hendrix and Jimmy Napier officiating. Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens, Graniteville, SC.
