Elizabeth Florence Wasson, age 87, formerly of Little Rock, Kentucky, widow of Edwin Earl Wasson, died Monday, December 7, 2015, at Bourbon Heights Nursing Home, in Paris, Kentucky. She was born March 4, 1928, in North Middletown, Kentucky, the daughter of the late Theodore and Grace Jordan Carter. Elizabeth was a graduate of North Middletown High School and a member of Little Rock Christian Church.

She is survived by: a daughter, Linda Lou Wasson, of North Middletown; a son, Donnie Earl (Judy) Wasson, of Little Rock; five grandchildren, Clayton Earl Wasson, Derek Ray Wasson, Krista (Gary) Kates, Wayne Manley, Jr., and Jason (Jenny) Davis; and two great-grandchildren, Hayley Manley and Jacob Davis. A son, Paul Dudley Wasson, preceded her in death.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, December 11, at Hinton-Turner Funeral Home by Rev. Chuck Perry, with burial in North Middletown Cemetery. Visitation will be after 11:00 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.
