Pastor Lloyd led the New Beginnings Community Church in Dayton, KY. He was a very giving man and his church was his passion. He was very active with community outreach and the church's food pantry. He loved spending time with his family, fishing and going to Reds games.
Pastor Lloyd was born June 18, 1952 in Covington, KY to Jay and Martha (nee: Powell) Lloyd. He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Larry Lloyd.
He is survived by his wife of 28 years, Jackie (nee: Stidham) Lloyd, Sons, Jacob Lloyd, Benjamin Lloyd, Joshua Lloyd, Daughters, Stephanie Sholler, Angie Lloyd, Brother, Steve Lloyd, Sisters, Vivian Hall, Sheila Lloyd, Sherry Simpson. Grandchildren, Caleb, Ethan, Aubrey, Gabby, Carter, Jonathan and Justin.
Visitation 10:00 am to 12:00 pm, Thursday, December 20, 2018 at New Beginnings Community Church, 522 5th Ave., Dayton, KY. Funeral Ceremony will be held 12:00 pm at the church with Rev. Joe Sizemore, officiating. Burial will take place in the Evergreen Cemetery Southgate, Kentucky.
