Funeral services for William H. Francis, 53, gasoline treater for Ben Franklin Refining company who died Wednesday morning, will be held in the Harvey chapel Thursday. Definite time of the services could not be determined Wednesday. The Rev. J. O. Gash, pastor of the Emmanuel Baptist church, will officiate and burial will be in the Rose Hill cemetery. Harvey's funeral home is in charge of arrangements.

Francis, Jr., Longview, Texas; Wesley Milton and Marvin Francis, Ardmore; five daughters, Mrs. Lorene Taylor and Mrs. Lavonia Saunders, Corpus Christi Texas; Mrs. Lavada Alexander, Houston, Texas; Mrs. Crissa Jones, Gladewater, Texas; and Mildred Francis, Ardmore; the parents, Mrs. and Mrs. J.
