Teresa Pate Taylor, 55, of Huger, South Carolina, wife of Ronald Wayne Taylor, died Monday, December 24, 2018. Her Celebration of Life will be held Sunday, January 6, 2019 in J. HENRY STUHR, INC., MOUNT PLEASANT CHAPEL, 1494 Mathis Ferry Road at 2:00 pm. Interment will be private. The family will receive friends in the Mount Pleasant Chapel immediately following the service. Teresa was born February 6, 1963 in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Daughter of the late Bud D. Pate and Paulette Johnston Botten and Step father Joseph Botten Jr.

She was a waitress and a homemaker.

She is survived by her husband of Huger, SC; daughter, Jessica Taylor of North Augusta,; son, Jason Edward of Johns Island, SC; step son, Andrew "Andy" Wayne Taylor (Brittany) of Huger, SC; and three grandchildren. Jason Jr. , Joseph Walker; Granddaughter Alexis. One brother Troy L. Pate and Stephanie of Georgia, two step brothers Randy of Charleston S.C. and Joseph III of Columbia S.C.

She was predecease in death by her Maternal Grandparent's Grover Lee. Johnston, Opal Starling Johnston of South Carolina.
And her Paternal Grandparent's Bud Pate and Norma Stewart Pate of Utah. One sister Tamara Pate Miner of Utah. Half brother Christopher Bud Pate of Utah.
