Duncan: Sherrill "Skinny" Wayne Dennis, passed away Wednesday, December 19, 2018 in Duncan at the age of 60.

Skinny was born Thursday, November 27, 1958 in Monticello, UT, to W.L.and Martha Alice (Isbell) Dennis.

He lived in the Stephens county area all of his life and graduated from the Marlow High School with the Class of 1977.

He married Dena McCullum and later divorced. Skinny worked for Wilco in Marlow for many years as a welder.

He later went on to marry Sheila Kay Williams in Wichita Falls on December 29, 1989. He loved going to the lake and fishing. Skinny enjoyed dancing, country music, and CB radios. The most cherished time he had was spending time with his grand babies. Skinny attended the Church of Christ in Marlow.

Survivors include, wife, Shelia Kay Dennis of Duncan,

3 sons, Dakota Blake Dennis of Duncan, Dylan Clay-Wayne Dennis and wife Haley of Duncan, Nathan Wayne Johnston,

3 grandchildren, his mother, Martha Alice Davis of Marlow,

2 brothers, Raymond Collins and wife Lisha of Marlow, Carl Wayne Davis of Duncan,

4 sisters, Loetta Arrington of TX, Anita Holsun and husband Charlie of Duncan, Donna Davis of Temple, Patty Hammond of Duncan.

He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, as well as lots and lots of friends including lifelong friend, Junior Shannon and family.

Skinny was preceded in death by a son, Bryson Wayne Dennis, his father, W.L. Dennis, stepfather, Kenneth Lester Davis, a brother, Randy Dennis, and a sister, Deborah Wright.
