Beloved husband of 21 years to Diane L. (Miller) Thomas. Devoted father of late David Thomas. Step father of Jamie (Bobby) Porter and Wayne Baker. Loving papaw of 13 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. Also survived by 3 brothers and 3 sisters. Preceded in death by his parents, Finley and Rachel (Powers) Thomas, one brother and one sister. Marvin loved living at the campground in Liberty, IN and being the campground security but most importantly he enjoyed being with his family and friends and having a good meal. He passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 18, 2018, at the age 70. Visitation at Muehlenkamp-Erschell Funeral Home, 427 S. Ft. Thomas Ave. (Ft. Thomas), on Wednesday (Dec. 26) from 10:30 a.m. until time of service at 12:30 p.m. Burial will take place at Evergreen Cemetery following the service.
