She was born in St. Charles,Iowa, the daughter of George and Emma(Stiffler)Neal. She married William Bernard Bell in Corning on September,1930. He died on Nov.3,1968. She left Murray in 1975 and died at Suttler General Hospital in Sacramento, Calif. She was a restaurant owner and homemaker. She was a member of the United Methodist Church and a past matron of the Eastern Star. She had daughters; Josephine Wilson and Marguerite Lovelly. Four sisters; Edith Winter, Iloe Stubler, Gladys Black, and Beatrice Bishop.
