Goodwin of Livonia, MI and Aaron (Linda) Goodwin of Findlay; two grandchildren: Jennifer (Robert) Frost and Angie (Steve) Boston; three great-grandchildren: Rylan and Jalen Frost and Brynnlee Boston; and a brother, Richard (Martha) Brooks of Hockessin, DE.
She was also preceded in death by a brother, Bruce Brooks.
Nancy was a retired RN. She had worked in Obstetrics at St. Rita's Medical Center in Lima, Putnam Acres Care Center in Ottawa, and finally for 23 years with Dr. David Schultz, Dr. Robert Zarzar and Dr. Laura Waldron in Leipsic. Nancy was a graduate of Leipsic High School Class of 1955 and St. Rita's Hospital School of Nursing Class of 1958. She was a member of New Hope Bethel United Methodist Church, BRAG (Blanchard River Art Guild), OFES (Oilfield Engine Society), and BCA (Blowtorch Collectors of America). Nancy enjoyed going to engine shows with LeRoy, painting oil and water colors, gardening, flowers, making jewelry, collecting single wick lanterns, blow torches and sewing stuff. She loved reading and genealogy.
Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m., Thursday, December 27, 2018 at LOVE-HEITMEYER FUNERAL HOME, Leipsic with Pastor Ruth Carter-Crist officiating. Burial will follow in Sugar Ridge Cemetery, Leipsic. Visitation will be from 2-8 p.m. Wednesday, as well as one hour prior to the service on Thursday.
Memorial donations may be made to American Glaucoma, Osteoporosis Fund or Putnam County Hospice.
