FALL RIVER--Connie J. "Tootie" Patterson age 58 died on Wednesday, December 12, 2018 at her mother's home with her family by her side. She was born on June 18, 1960 in Columbus to Robert and Mary Jane (Konkel) Baerwolf. She attended the Columbus High School before moving out of state. Tootie was married to Raymond Casperson on June 23, 1984 in Columbus and together had two children. She was later married to David L. Patterson on August 23, 2003 in Columbus. Tootie was employed at General Electric for 15 years as a production assistant. She enjoyed tending her flowers and working in her garden. Tootie especially loved the time spent with her grandchildren and making her house a home. Survivors include her husband David of Fall River; mother Mary Jane Baerwolf of Columbus; a son Patrick Casperson of Largo, FL; a daughter Jennifer Barnett of Columbus; nine grandchildren Lexi and Riley Casperson, Haylie Zimmerman, Chloe Casperson, Sofia Barnett, Allison Martin, Alyssa Martin, Andrew Martin and Patrick Martin; two sisters Bonnie (Bob) Tetzlaff and Donna Maier both of Columbus; four brothers Donald (Laurie) Baerwolf of Columbus, Ronald (Pam Sydow) Baerwolf of Fall River, Thomas (Denise) Baerwolf of Rio and David (Kathy) Baerwolf of Columbus; other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her father. A Mass of Christian Burial was held at 12:00 P.M., with visitation beginning at 10:00 A.M., on Saturday, December 15, 2018 at ST. JEROME CATHOLIC CHURCH, Columbus. Rev. Garrett Kau officiated. Interment was in the Fountain Prairie Cemetery, Town of Fountain Prairie. Memorials may be directed to the N.I.C.C. foundation.
