Donna Jean Bollinger, 81, died December 19, 2018 at the Leonardville Nursing Home in Leonardville, KS. She was born June 13, 1937 in Clay Center, Kansas to Lawrence and Geraldine (Woodard) Lee.

Donna was raised in Clay Center and graduated from CCCHS in 1955. She married Jerry Hayworth in 1956 and later divorced in 1982. She worked as a bookkeeper for Hayworth Station and taught English as a second language at the KSU Adult Learning Center. She also worked for Head Start from 94-96, She married Bill Bollinger in 1984 and he preceded her in 2000. She was a member of the Eagles Lodge and was past president of the Ladies Auxiliary. She is also preceded by a daughter, Gerry Jean Jensen, a sister and a brother.

She is survived by her Daughter: Kelly (Mike) Holte, Clay Center, KS, Son's Rick Hayworth, Mayfield, KY, Randy Hayworth, Joshua, TX, Rodney Hayworth, Junction City, KS, and Roger (Kae) Hayworth, Lincoln, KS. Brother, Delbert Lee, Clay Center, KS, sister Karen Reed, North Richland Hills, TX and 15 Grandchildren, 33 Great Grandchildren and 1 Great Great Grandchild

Visitation will be held Wednesday, December 26, 2018 from 3-8pm at Neill-Schwensen-Rook Funeral Home

Funeral Services will be held Thursday, December 27, 2018 at 10:30am at the St. Paul Lutheran Church in Clay Center, KS with Pastor Paul Tessaro.

Burial will take place at the Greenwood Cemetery, Clay Center, Kansas
