Mr. James Ralph Temple, Sr., age 82, of Dallas, Georgia, passed away on Wednesday, December 19, 2018 at his residence.
Mr. Temple was born on March 15, 1936 in Leesville, Louisiana to Aubrey H. Temple and Ethel (Knight) Temple. He was a U.S. Marine Corps veteran. Prior to his passing, he was the owner/operator of Austell Boat House.
He was preceded in death by his children, Sonny James Temple, Jackie Temple, Maxine Watkins and Sandra Cano and his sister, Alice Faye Massingill.
Ralph is survived by his wife of 21 years, Bobbi Temple; his children, Eric Temple, Eddie Temple, Shirley Temple Murphy, Eddie Race, Sheila Watkins, Patricia Elsberry, Linda Wimpey, Hal Race and Barbara Cowan; extended generations.
It was Mr. Temple's wishes to be cremated and there will be a memorial service held on Sunday, December 23, 2018 1:00PM at Benson Funeral Home with Masonic rites provided by the Powder Springs Masonic Lodge.
