Born February 21, 1929 in Berkeley County, WV he was the son of the late Ted Clark and Lola Riggs Clark.
He enjoyed playing cards, fishing, hunting, and spending time on the mountain. He was owner/operator of
Clark’s Towing and Salvage Yard in Shanghai.
He is survived by a nephew, Eric A. Bivens and wife, Julia.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Velma Jean Clark; a son, Frank. J. Clark; a brother, Jack Clark and a sister, Hilda Clark Bivens.
Family will receive friends on Friday, December 21, 2018 from 6:00PM to 8:00PM at the Brown Funeral Home South Berkeley Chapel in Inwood.
Funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 22, 2018 at 2:00PM at the South Berkeley Chapel. Interment will be in Central Chapel Cemetery.
