Timothy Alan Stout, 52, of Sorento, formerly of Decatur, died Wednesday (Dec. 19, 2018) in his home.
Mr. Stout was born Nov. 1, 1966 in Decatur, the son of Samuel Mitchell Stout and Patricia Ann Wykoff.
He attended Parson Grade School and graduated from Decatur High School in 1985. He graduated Millikin University with a degree in Engineering.
He married Brenda Marie Masters on April 17, 1992 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
He worked as an engineer at Bun-O-Matic in Springfield. Mr. Stout loved model trains, was a member of the Litchfield Train Group and the National Model Train Association. He ran track in high school and college, was an avid water skier and bowled in a Litchfield bowling league. He loved his dogs.
He is survived by his wife, Brenda of Sorento; his parents and his sister, Nicole Stout of Decatur.
