Robert Eugene Kennedy age 81, of Arab passed away Monday Dec. 17, 2018, at Marshall Medical Center North. Mr. Kennedy was born on August 20, 1937, in Marshall County the Son of Eugene Doyle and Elouise Gertrude Evans Kennedy.
Robert served in the US Army and then had a long career at Rohm & Haas as Safety Superintendent. After retiring he pursued several different interests, among others law enforcement and selling cars. His true passion was politics. He never met a stranger and enjoyed the campaign trail immensely. He married Eunice Valadez Kennedy on April 5, 1999.
He is survived by his Wife, Daughter, Sons, Grandchildren, and Great Grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his Parents: Eugene Doyle and Elouise Gertrude Evans Kennedy; Sisters: Peggy Sue Bennefield, Mary Lou Kennedy; Brother: John D. Kennedy and Grandson: Matthew Kennedy.
