Rita Carol Carter Baldwin, 59, of Pulaski, passed away Friday, May 25, 2007. She attended Hilltop Pentecostal Holiness Church and was active in the Ladies of the Moose. She was preceded in death by her parents, Roy Beckner & Frances Ilene Carter. Survivors include her husband, Phillip Baldwin of Pulaski; a son & daughter-in-law, Roy David & Heather Baldwin of Fort Worth, TX; two grandchildren, Sabrina and Patrick; two sisters & brothers-in-law, Ann & Wayne Herald, and Sue & Bob Murray, all of Dublin; and nephew, Eddie & Terri Murray and their children, Jade and Carter Murray; and niece, Tina & David Peterson and their children, Kayla, Austin and Chase Peterson. Funeral services will be held Monday, May 28, 2007, at 1 p.m., at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford, with the Rev. Bruce Gregory officiating. Interment will follow in the Highland Memory Gardens, Dublin. The family will receive friends from 2 to 3 p.m. and from 6 to 8 p.m., Sunday, May 27, 2007, at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford.
