Johnny Ray Oliver was born June 30, 1958 in Russellville, AL, the son of the late Charles Freddie and Jessie Marie Burgett Oliver. Mr. Oliver was a disabled supervisor with Hassell and Hughes Lumber Company and was a member of the Westpoint Baptist Church in Westpoint, Tennessee.

Mr. Oliver departed this life on Tuesday, December 18, 2018 at his home after an extended illness at the age of 60 Years, 5 Months, 18 Days.

He is survived by his wife, Wanda Sue Oliver of Westpoint, TN; a daughter, Susie Daniel and husband Chris Eddins of Westpoint, TN; a stepson, Chris Henson of Cypress Inn, TN; grandchildren, Jarrod and Andrew Creasy and Crystal Henson; six great-grandchildren; a brother, Larry C. Oliver of Lawrenceburg, TN.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Oliver was preceded in death by a step-daughter, Marilyn Creasy.

Graveside services will be held on Saturday, December 22, 2018 at 11:00 AM at Blair Cemetery, Westpoint, Tennessee, with Jerry McClain officiating. Burial will follow with Shackelford Funeral Directors, Wayne County, directing.
