He was a native of Chester, PA and was born to Walter and Lucy Lisicki.
Walter proudly served in the U.S. Navy for 23 years before retiring as a Senior Chief Radioman. After retiring, he got his degree at St. Leo University in Virginia Beach. He loved Bonsai and was a member as well as a past president of The Bonsai Society for over 20 years. He was happiest at family dinners sharing stories.
Survived by his loving wife of 49 years, Josephine; son, Edric Lisicki; daughter, Cashel Lisicki; Grandson, Mikhail Lisicki; granddaughter Maggie Lisicki; sisters, Connie Shoemaker, Adel Ducine, Faith Hastings and Melinee Kowal; many nieces, nephews and other extended family.
A visitation will be held November 28, at H.D. Oliver Laskin Rd. Chapel. Funeral services will be November 29 at H.D. Oliver Laskin Rd. Chapel with burial to follow in Eastern Shore Chapel Cemetery.
