Funeral Services for Freda Hatch, 68, Clinton resident and formerly of Hammon will be held 10:00 A.M., Tuesday, December 18, 2018 in the Hammon Indian Community Building, officiated by Gerald Panana. Burial will conclude In the Hammon Indian Mennonite Cemetery in Hammon, OK under the direction of the Kiesau-Lee Funeral Home.
An all night wake service will be held 7:00 P.M., Monday, December 17, 2018 in the Community Building.
Freda Ridgebear Hatch was born September 21, 1950 to Walter and Clara (Russell) Ridgebear in Hammon, Oklahoma and passed away Thursday, December 13, 2018 in the Meadow Lake Estates I in Oklahoma City, Ok.
Freda was raised in Hammon and started school in Hammon and later attended a boarding school. She married Mark Hatch in 1962 in Wheeler, TX. They made their home in Ponca City and Colorado as well as in Oklahoma.
She enjoyed playing BINGO, Cooking and was well known for her Fry Bread her passion was spending time with her grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Mark Hatch, Sr, and a son, Mark Hatch, Jr. and two sisters, (her Twin ) Veda Ridgebear and Paula Armstrong; two brothers, Steven Ridgebear and Leonard Ridgebear.
She is survived by two daughters, Melissa Hatch, Clinton, OK and Melanie Moore, Delores, CO; son, Michael Hatch, Denver, CO and two sisters, Pauline Goss, and Marie Goss, both of Tulsa, OK; adopted son, Justine Ridgebear and Evelyn Lopez, Towaco, CO.
She is also survived by numerous grandchildren including, , Leonard Hatch, Michael Moore, Marissa Moore, Sasa Height and Xavier Height, Reesa Hatch, Ada Hatch, Carol Hatch and Charlize Hatch and Stevie Ridgebear as well as several great-grandchildren and other family members.
