Mrs. Elsie Price Wood, 67, widow of Dennis Wood and lifelong resident of Nephi, died Sunday in a Salt Lake hospital.
She was born in Nephi April 13, 1873, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles H. Price. Throughout her adult life she has been active in work in the Church and a member of the Ladies' Literary Club of Nephi.
She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. W.H. Warner of Salt Lake City; two sons, Gordon P. Wood of Salt Lake City and Ray D. Wood of Beverly Hills, California; one grandson, three sisters: Mrs. S.G. Ord and Mrs. William Stanley of Nephi; and Mrs. Fannie Mangum of San Francisco; two brothers, Joseph Price of Nephi and Alonzo Price of Burley, Idaho.
