Christopher Lee Blair passed away on December 17, 2018, at his home in West Monroe, Louisiana. He was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma, on July 15, 1962, and grew up in the nearby town of Tahlequah, where he attended Northeastern State University. Mr. Blair was an assistant district attorney in Las Vegas, Nevada, before he began a 22-year career as a special agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation. After his retirement from the FBI in 2012, he was employed as a fraud investigator for Origin Bank. Mr. Blair was a graduate of Northeastern State University at Tahlequah and the University of Tulsa College of Law. Mr. Blair was preceded in death by his mother, Wilma Blair.
Surviving are Mary, his wife of 26 years, and daughter Sarah Blair, of West Monroe, Louisiana; father, James Blair, of Tahlequah, Oklahoma; sisters, Debbie Brusveen (Marvin) of Fayetteville, Arkansas, Sheryl Cantrell (Terry) of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, and Pam Henley (Larry) of Tahlequah, Oklahoma.
Also in mourning are nephews Zachary Henley (Katie), Ethan Henley (Kacy), and Andrew Cantrell; and nieces Michelle Brusveen LeClerc (Eric) and Ashlea Cantrell Herzfeld (Drew).
Funeral services will be held at Green Country Funeral Home in Tahlequah, Oklahoma, on Thursday, December 27, 2018 at 10:00 AM. Interment will follow at Tahlequah City Cemetery.
