Wayne was predeceased by two brothers: Leander Eugene Hill and Barry Clark.
Wayne leaves to rejoice his loving mother Dorothy Hill-Smith of Milford, CT; a loving companion, Betsy Schwartz of Orlando, FL; two sons, Jerome Hill of Pennsylvania, PA; and Marcus Hill of North Carolina, One daughter, Mia L.
