Mr. Woodard was born on Wednesday, April 16th 1958 in Ticonderoga, N.Y., he was the son of Clarence and Catherine (Bacon) Woodard.
He grew up in Ticonderoga, N.Y. where he received his early education.
He moved to Brandon, Vt. in 1974 from Ticonderoga, N.Y. He had worked for Trees Incorporated and later for Vallencourt. He was forced to retire due to an accident in 1996.
He married Lisa Woodard on June 7th 1986 in Ticonderoga, New York.
He was the beloved father of three children; one son and two daughters.
He had been an avid hunter and fisherman. He enjoyed boating and spending time with his family.
He was predeceased by his parents, two grandchildren, and several brothers and sisters.

A private graveside committal service and burial will take place at a later date at the Forest Dale Cemetery in Brandon, Vt.
