WARE SHOALS - Elizabeth "Becky” Rush McAllister, 82, widow of Clyde E. McAllister died Aug. 13, 2009 at Self Regional Medical Center. She was born in Greenwood County, a daughter of the late Charlie B. and Ludie Flinn Rush. Mrs. McAllister was retired from Duke Power Co.; a member of Ware Shoals First Baptist Church, where she sang in the choir; and was a teacher of the Love Sunday School Class. She was also a former member of Ware Shoals Woman’s Civic Club and the Boyd Bobo Chapter of Eastern Star. Surviving are one daughter, Terri A.Pritz and husband Jack, Columbia; one granddaughter, Allison P. Foster and husband Scott, Seneca; and two great-grandchildren, Blythe and McKenna Foster. She was predeceased by a brother, Charles Rush. Burial in Greenwood Memorial Gardens. Parker-White Funeral Home.
