Cheryl Vivian Lineberry Carter, 58, passed away on December 7, 2018 at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center. She was born in Galax, VA on April 14, 1960 to Elwood and Agnes Lineberry. She graduated from Carroll County High School and then attended University of Tennessee. Cheryl worked for American Express, Piedmont Air, US Airways, and finally at Inmar. She remained a brave, strong-willed woman even throughout her final months. Cheryl enjoyed time at the beach and shopping, but her favorite thing to do was to spend time with her family, especially her nine grandchildren.
