Josepha was born March 1, 1928 in Aibonito, Puerto Rico, daughter of the late Jose Santiago and the late Maria Delores Santiago (nee - Rodriguez). She is the beloved wife of Luis C. Gonzalez; mother of Ruth Ringwood, Elzer Gonzalez and his wife Elizabeth, Samuel Gonzalez and his late wife Cheryl, Milca Lilian and her husband Michael, Lois Gennaoui and her husband George, Rachel Greenstein and her husband Robert, Rebecca Ruskiewicz and her husband Joseph, Damatis Maldonado and her husband Edward, Dorcas Varela and her husband Rolando, Carmelo Luis Gonzalez, and David Gonzalez; grandmother of 22; great-grandmother of 17; and she was the eldest daughter of eight children.
