The immediate cause of her death is not known. She had been ill more than two years. Recently she suffered a broken hip and was hospitalized, but returned home for the Christmas holidays. An autopsy will be performed.
Mrs. Jaccard was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Melville H. Hudson. She was born here and had lived here her entire life. As a girl she attended Barstow school. She later attended Miss Finch's school in New York and was graduated there. Music was one of her main interests. Mrs. Jaccard was a member of the Kansas City Country Club, the Women's City Club and St Paul's Episcopal Church.
