Connie Mullins, age 63, of Vermilion, passed away Friday evening, November 16, 2018 at Mercy Medical Center in Lorain. 

She was born May 14, 1955 in Marietta, Ohio to the late Chester and Norma Jean (Baker) Daugherty. She enjoyed spending time with her family, fishing, country music and listening to the radio. 

She is survived by Robert Sipos of Vermilion; her children, Connie (Donald) McKerahan of Vermilion, Doris (Raymond) Goodwin of Cleveland, Sonja (Tony) Valentine of TN and Debbie (Kenny) Valentine of Cleveland; 16 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren; siblings, Glen (Cathy) Daugherty of Marietta and Bobbie Jo (Curtis) Baker of WV; and many nieces and nephews. 

She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Charles Mullins in 2001; daughter, Audrey Hibbard; and her siblings, James, Ralph and Roger Daugherty. 

Friends may call on Tuesday from 11:00 A.M. until time of service at 1:00 P.M. at the Evans Funeral Home, 314 E. Main Street, Norwalk with Pastor Kenny Conley officiating. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery.
