GREENVILLE, KY., — Jimmie Nell Knight, 89, of Greenville passed away Saturday afternoon, December 15, 2018 at 3:30pm in the Concordia Maple Manor Nursing Home in Greenville after several months illness. Jimmie was born on August 6, 1929 in Greenville the daughter of John William McCauley and Verda Jane Hankins McCauley. She was a housewife and homemaker and was a long time member of the Greenville United Methodist Church.

Jimmie was preceded in death by her husband David Knight and several brothers and sisters.

She is survived by her daughter Janet Knight Croxton of Greenville, her son Jim (Anna Marie) Knight of Louisville, 3 Grandchildren Amanda, Tim and Chad, 2 step grandchildren Gabriel and Sebastion, great grandchildren Railee, Caiden, Brenton, Hunter, Kiplynn, several nieces and nephews

Graveside services will be conducted on Tuesday, December 18, 2018 at 2pm from Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Greenville, KY be Reverend Steven Neel with burial to follow. Gary’s Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 18, 2018 after 11am at Gary’s Funeral Home in Greenville, KY.
