She was employed by Rosen's Department Store for 15 years. She was a member of John Wesley United Methodist Church.
She is survived by her husband, Roger J. Toms; son, Roger L. Toms, Baltimore; four sisters, Virginia Snowden, Deerfield Beach, Fl.; Dorothy Catanzaro, El Cafon, Ca.; Betty Pritchard, Aberdeen; and June Bishop, Boca Raton, Fl.; brother, Richard Snowden, Boynton Beach, Fl.; six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Services were held at the Minnich Funeral Home. Burial was in Rest Haven Cemetery.
