Denise Feazell Neal - age 62 of Lenoir City, passed away on Friday, December 14, 2018. She was of the Baptist faith and medically retired from Park West Hospital after 17 years in Accounting.
Denise is survived by her sons, Chris Cathey and Cory Patton; parents, Clyde and Margie Feazell; brother and sister-in-law, David and Marla Feazell; nephew, Kody (Kari) Feazell and their daughter, Kindell; niece, Kayra (Wayne) Wilson and their children, Kalli and Ryder; special aunt, Faye Bryant and her children, Michael and Marie; special friends, Wilma and David Keeney, along with her aunts, uncles and cousins.
The family will receive friends from 12-2 pm Saturday, December 22, 2018, at Click Funeral Home in Lenoir City. A celebration of life will follow at 2 p.m. with Rev. Eddie Click officiating.
