John "Jack" F. England, 85, of Red Bank, passed away peacefully on December 13, 2018. He was born and raised in Red Bank to the late Walter and Elizabeth (Bailey) England. Jack proudly served our country in the US Army during the Korean War. His passions in life were hunting and fishing. Jack served as a past chief of the Westside Hose Company in Red Bank. Jack worked many years for the Borough of Red Bank in numerous departments. Mostly, Jack enjoyed spending time and making memories with his family and grandchildren. Jack will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all who were privileged to have known him.

He is predeceased by his beloved wife of 50 years, Pauline England and his brother Raymond England. Surviving are his two loving daughters, Diane Elizabeth and her husband Richard Lee Bowles II of Florida and Jacalyn Susan and her husband David Whitfield Poyner of West Long Branch, his cherished grandchildren Richard Lee Bowles III of Florida, Stephanie Lynn Poyner of West Long Branch, and Tyler John Poyner of Red Bank, and his dear sister Harriet of North Carolina.

A visitation will be held at the John E. Day Funeral Home, 85 Riverside Avenue, Red Bank, NJ. Family and friends will gather at the funeral home to process to Westside Hose Company to honor Jack. The burial will follow at Monmouth Memorial Park Cemetery,4201 Rte. 33, Tinton Falls, NJ .
