Michael is survived by his mother, Alice Hauser; brother, Jerry (Cindy) Hauser; sisters, Theresa (Mike) Finstad, Linda (Willis) Schaefer, Dianne (Mike) Bulock, Carol (Kevin) Rich and Rosie Hauser; and many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, Jerome.
Michael John Hauser was born on February 15, 1963 in New Ulm to Jerome & Alice (Brandel) Hauser. He was a 1981 graduate from the New Ulm Public High School. Early in life, Mike worked for Swift in St. James, but later in 1998, Mike went to work for his brother Jerry at the Backerei in New Ulm. Besides his work there were a variety of hobbies that Mike enjoyed in life. He enjoyed woodworking and driving his Z06 Corvette. He also enjoyed spending time with his family, and his beloved dog Meeko. Many laughs were shared over the years with friends in the annual “Snake Run”. Although Mike’s passing seems sudden, many great memories will stay in the minds of all who knew him best.
