Final rites will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday in the Zimmerman Brothers funeral home for Mrs. Sophia Gordon, 90, 429 West Fourth street, who died Wednesday in Woodlawn hospital. The Rev. Leroy Garner will officiate. Burial will be in the I.O.O.F. cemetery here. Friends may call at the funeral home after 7 p.m. today. Born Sept. 5, 1879, in the Antioch community, Fulton county, she was the daughter of William and Wilhelmina Zwingeizen Tetzlaff. Her marriage was Feb. 28, 1903, in Fulton, to Frank Gordon. He died in September, 1954. She had resided in this community her entire live and was a member of the Antioch United Brethren church.

Surviving are four daughters, Mrs. Verl (Ida) Shafer, Rochester; Mrs. Vernon (Pauline) Cranmer, South Bend; Mrs. Harry (Josephine) Warner, Rochester, and Mrs. Edwin (Mabel) Umbaugh, of Mishawaka; four sons, Howard, of Peru; Arthur and Lester, both of Rochester, and Carl, of South Bend; seventeen grandchildren; thirty great-grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
