She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Kelcey and Braden McMillin; father and step-mother, Barney and Joanna Phillips; mother, Charlene Phillips; brother, Jimmy Phillips, step-sister and husband, Stephanie and Fred Quandt and family; and step-brother and wife, Joe and Monica Schoenbeck.
A Celebration of Cynthia’s Life will be held on Friday, December 14, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at River Pointe Church, 5000 Ransom Rd., Richmond, TX 77469.
