REBECCA J. BROWN
Services for Rebecca J. Brown, 29, of 5711 N.W. Sixty-sixth Ave., who died August 24 while visiting in Minneapolis, Minnesota, were held Monday at Mullen Funeral Home in Anita. Burial was in the Eureka Center Cemetery near Adair.
Miss Brown died of a gunshot wound. Authorities in Minneapolis said it was ruled a probable suicide by the Hennepin County medical examiner.
Miss Brown attended the University of Iowa for one year.
Survivors include her mother, Geraldine Brown; a sister, Mary Beth Dutler of West Des Moines; two brothers, Robert and David, at home; and a grandfather, Zort Brown, of Fontanelle.
