She married Archie R. Monohon in Stevenson, WA. She worked for General Motors until her retirement in 1981. She was a member of the Washington State Grange, the Barberton Grange, and life member of the Pioneer Grange. She also belonged to the American Historical Society of Germans from Russia. She enjoyed cooking, baking and traveling.
She is survived by her daughters, Francie Taylor of Vancouver and Stephanie Weir of Battle Ground; eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband in 1997, as well as one grandson, Timmy.
Private family services will be held at a later date.
