Kevin Foy, age 54, of Ft. Walton Beach, FL, passed away on July 19, 2018.
He was born on June 16 to parents, Michael and Helen Foy.
He was a loving husband and loyal friend to many. He served nine years in the US Air Force, enjoying time in Michigan, Germany, and Florida. He served 19 years with the Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office where he was the bagpiper with the Honor Guard. He was an avid hockey fan and during hockey season, could be found at the Hangar watching the Pensacola Ice Flyers or at home watching the Tampa Bay Lightning. He loved his bird, Basil, who was his feathered kid.
He is predeceased by his parents, Michael J. Foy and Helen F. (Lorden) Foy; father-in-law and mother-in-law, William and Ruth Balko.
He is survived by his wife of 32 years, Sandra (Balko) Foy; brother, Michael (Linda) Foy; brother-in-law, Edward (Rosemary) Balko and many cousins, nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on July 25 at 4 pm at Emerald Coast Funeral Home. The family will receive visitors one hour prior to the service.
